Presentation of "Camping du Midi"
On the island of Noirmoutier accessible constantly by a bridge ( free
) or by the astonishing passage of the Gois ( submarine road ), in Barbâtre, beside the ocean, facing the sea on a large southern
exposed golden sand beach , without road to be crossed, the Camping du
Midi*** proposes mobil-homes and sites on a 13 hectares surface for a
shaded third under pines and green oaks.
The Camping du Midi is located 200 from a bakery, 400 m from a supermarket
with service station and 500 to 600 m from other trade of Barbâtre :
restaurants, grocery store, fish shop, bakeries, chemist shop,
tobacconist’s, bicycles hiring, cinema, and the market every Wednesday
morning. A food store with bread deposit is located at the entry of the
camp-site, as well as a bar, a fast-food and a gaming room.
Two direct pedestrian accesses lead to the sea, without road to be
crossed and at the entry to the campsite an access hold for nautical
material such as boat, sailboard, jet ski.
ALL OUR ACTIVITIES ARE FREE.
Tennis court, crazy golf, ping-pong, heated swimming-pool not covered in 3
pools including a paddling pool, a sport teacher which proposes stretching,
aquagym, step, musculation, aerobics, volley-ball. Also a children club for
th 4-12 years old. Animations take place under big top from 9.30 to 11.00 pm
and the day petanque tournaments or board games.
A stay in the Camping du midi is the occasion to benefit from top to
bottom to sea bathings and water sports. It is also to go to the meet of a
typical island full of charm and authenticity, to stroll in the middle of
salt works, to breathe a Mediterranean vegetation before discovering the
charm of the island’s villages. It is still the assurance to spend pleasant
moments tasting local soil products.
